What can I say, Inverness in the top 10 sexiest places in Scotland! Maybe that is why the Highlands is the happiest place, and no I didn’t make this up. It’s in the paper and online, must be true.

The Courier and I have a difference of opinion about ad-blockers, so I will take your word for it (as I happiiy would, regardless; Inverness seems that sort of place, though don’t know about Slackbuie).. The unfortunate aspect of that was then choosing instead to listen to Troy Hess sing in a very inappropriate way about his mommy. Tsk. (I am assuming the club his mommy danced in was called Showland?)

The Courier and I have a number of differences of opinion! I did read about the background to the Troy Hess single. Ron Hellard was asked by the secretary at his publishers to write a song for her son. As a joke, he wrote this, and lo-and-behold, it was actually recorded. He thought the only good thing you could say about the record was it was round! Alas, he now sees regular reviews saying what a rubbish writer he must be!! How can anyone not appreciate a classic!
